Did you know that Einstein invented his theory of special relativity (which would later evolve into his theory of general relativity) by daydreaming on the job at the patent office? I don't know about you, but when I daydream, it's usually about sex. And zombies. Occassionally, it's about zombie sex. Remember: it's not necrophilia if you BOTH are zombies! Well, actually, it is still necrophilia ... but I don't think it's as illegal, you know? Moving along: it's been a light week for videos and I (sorta) apologize for that. In real life news, my grandfather passed away Monday morning at 2am. His funeral is tomorrow. Sadly, this man was a stranger to my family and an non-existent father to my own dad. What makes his death truly difficult is the fact that yesterday marked the two-month mark of dad's death. The proximity to the two-month mark isn't even relevant--for them both to die in such extreme proximity to each other ... At any rate, as real life continues to occupy the majority of my waking life, videos will be continue to be minimal. The good news is that the mini-series with Heather will likely be coming at you fast (yeah, only a millenia or two after it was originally mentioned) and I have a couple of more scripts for krumbinesBRAIN. In the world of comics, the first issue of Explorers of the unknown is nearly complete. In fact, we'll be done Friday of next week. I'm hoping that after that, the break between the first and second comic will be short (only two or three weeks) and to help fill the gap (big hope here) will be a rather epic video promo for the first issue. I have most of the material, I just need to edit. And as you can tell from the second Apocablog, I'm just wicked-keen on massive editing projects. (That's a joke, see, because I haven't MADE the second Apocablog yet. Haha. Yeah ...) Elsewhere in comics, Zaphod Zombie is doing incredibly well. I would love to have more updates that once a week, but as I mentioned, it's been difficult lately with the real life kicking. I can tell you that in addition to Chuck, another new (old) character will be joining the cast soon. And despite what you'll be hearing in an upcoming krumbinesBRAIN episode, somehow, some way, Max Nebula is for realsies. Stay creative, kids! Comments08/13/2009 11:51am

The tragedy of the world is that those who are imaginative have but slight experience, and those who are experienced have feeble imaginations. Do you think so?
