One of the hard things about finding a new channel on YouTube is knowing what the best videos this particular person has.  For example, if I had just discovered Middlebrook today, I would subscribe in a heartbeat, but I would be a little put-off by his 170+ videos.

I might watch his most recent video and maybe the one before that ... and then I'd probably go back to his very first video.  But then I would probably move on to my other subscriptions and wait for him to put something new out.

Is that similar to what you do?

What I really want to see is a prominently displayed playlist where Middlebrook (or whomever the subject YouTuber might be) has selected some of his very best videos--the videos he believes I simply MUST see.

In an effort to start this trend, I present my own personal, must-see playlist.  These are twenty-two of my some of my very best videos that show off the extraordinary range of my channel.  So grab something to drink, maybe a little something much on, get comfortable, and enjoy my "START HERE!!!" playlist.  Of love.

when i go to a new youtube channel, i click on the most viewed and watch the top 2 or 3 as well as what you do..of course if it is a cute girl...then i watch all of them! 'nuff said

This is a fantastic idea and one I may try myself.
Regarding your playlist: I'm prob not going to look at it as I was planning to watch all of your vids that I haven't seen from the start anyway! But then, I'm a die-hard Krumbeanie now!

What's even worse is if a YouTuber is great but going through a dry spell so when you subscribe you only get to see one or two of their not-so-great videos, decide to unsubscribe and miss all their good stuff.

Did that make sense?

Hmm.. I think you have inspired me to make a playlist of my own.

I honestly dont know what I would put in it... My earlier vlogs are all so cute and harmless... then the darkside happened and its all smoking, sex and swearing..

maybe two lists.

@novanine: you were pretty much the inspiration for this idea. I want to watch more of your videos but I don't know where to start! And with how busy I usually am, I end up not watching anything :(

@Little Sheila: Makes perfect sense, doll ;) And in my case, I've been doing all these vlogs lately, but I don't want people to think that's ALL I do. They need to know I have range, right??

@Heather: You're another one I'd LOVE to see a "Start Here" playlist from. I'm very interested in seeing what you select as your best of.
