This is the first of what will hopefully be many horbawrong.com exclusives.  It's long-winded, yes ... but it was something I needed to get out of my system.  Not ALL of the exclusive content will be this boring.  You know, hopefully.

GOOD NEWS: I'm going to start posting videos to the website.  It will be a mixture of exclusive content and highlighted videos from the YouTube archives. (You know, since we've lost ALL functionality in playlists with the new channels!)

BAD NEWS: My innaugural video was an epic 23 minute vlog that blip.tv didn't want to transcode and subsequently was unavailable for embedding.  I'm trying to encode the video as a native flash video to see if that'll work ... if not, well, it just means we won't have epic length vlogs exclusive to the website.  Maybe.

How awesome is it to visit the website on a Monday and find not one, but TWO new comics?  I don't really know, mostly because I never visit my own website or read my own comics.  Why on earth would I do something ridiculous like that??  You should tell me what I'm missing, though, in the comments after the break.

Today I am excited.  I'm excited not because I'm fairly ahead in my impromptu production schedule which essentially means that I've got an entire week (plus) of videos in the can and waiting to be posted.  I'm excited not because Explorers of the Unknown is doing very well and horbawrong.com is showing continual and steady growth because of it.  And I'm excited not even because Zaphod Zombie is getting easier to produce and hopefully will fill in some of the gaps in the updates for the website (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday).

I feel REALLY stupid.

Ever since Explorers of the Unknown went live, I've been paying very close attention to the website stats and tracking the numbers.  This was a week and a half ago.

Today, I realized that I didn't have my statcounter code on all my web pages ... specifically the webcomic blogs.

In other words, I've only been tracking the traffic to my main blog, this one.

It's fixed, now ... but I do feel stupid.  Weebly, the easy-as-mud site that I use to design and maintain horbawrong.com, really needs to institute a proper stat-tracking system.

I'm just sayin'.

My apologies to Obsy for the delay in entering his epic contest ... my only defense is that in order to enter it, I would have to drastically change my physical appearance.  And unlike Obsquatch, I have a girlfriend.  You know, someone who will have sex with me.  As it is already is something of a miracle that someone is willing to play with my penis in a non-Michael-Jackson sort of way (too soon??), you can understand why I'm hesitant to jeopardize my chances for sex by altering the way I look.  You just don't mess with shit like that, dude.

That being said, the stars finally aligned and I took my chances.  Unfortunately, things didn't go so well.  Click the "Read More" link to see why I now have to find a new girlfriend.
